The Chronicles of Lucy Moon

October 2013

Greetings!

It’s party, party time! Celebrated a dear friend’s birthday at a swell party. Costumes were a hoot! A giant rabbit who later revealed to be the birthday host himself. Pirates, the fair maiden Rapunzel, a very purple fairy godmother, wizards and black cats were found amongst the flappers and dandies. Yours truly, a picture of elegance in a peach silk Georgette shift breathtakingly beaded in crystals, sequins and diamontes which glistened superbly in the candle light. Accompanied by a very special headband with exquisite and very beautiful handmade silk organza, full and fluffy roses, set amongst feathers which sit beautifully in the hair. Pure elegance.

We delighted in a bright, jazzy, happy atmosphere. Long strands of pearls a swinging to the Charleston and dances of the like.

It’s rather fabulous living amongst the vineyards, especially enjoying it’s ‘fruits’-great Australian wines, champagnes, and my personal favourite… moscato. Bubbles are always welcome at a party.

Fondest love,

Lucy
